In nature, you can gather plants and their parts suitable for food at any time of the year , but the cold season requires more knowledge, patience, and creativity in the kitchen - that's exactly what we'll learn together.
ABOUT THE EVENT
In spring and summer, to gather wild edible plants, you simply need to step into a meadow and gather everything you need for that day's food in the area around you. What about in autumn?
Akvilė Petniūnaitė is a chef who breaks all standards and has introduced a new genre in Lithuanian cuisine – “forest fancy”. In her dishes, she uses 80% of the products collected in meadows and forests, preparing dishes of incredible taste and appearance, which you will soon learn to make in your own kitchen .
